Welcome to the My Herts Together website, the online home of Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS)/ Public Sector liaison activity in Hertfordshire. The countywide Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS) is used as a basis for partnership working between the two sectors.

The SCS outlines the vision for Hertfordshire to 2021. In implementing the strategy, Hertfordshire County Council and local organisations such as yours, work together using their day to day activities to improve the quality of life for Hertfordshire’s residents.

A successful SCS is one that makes a real difference to people’s lives – something that the Voluntary and Community sector is already doing. Click on the doors to enter each house and meet the residents of Hert Street.
